Rating is based purely on character,recently my family had a huge tree fall on our home and automobiles,too say it was scary and emotional is a understatement.jeffs crew just happened to be in area working nearby when the huge tree came crashing down,they immediately raced down to investigate.jeff was quick to speak up and offer assistance with tarping and securing the roof that had holes,as it was pouring inside.within a couple hours the fire dept left and things settleded a bit so I decided to take jeff up on his offer for help as my home was getting soaked.somewher near 6 unanswered calls and text messages made it clear he had no intentions of helping us,he knew our situation and could not even muster a sorry im to busy.i could not believe how adamant he was about helping us while the big crowd was around,then nothing.In my opinion he could be the best contractor in the world,but if your character is suspect then everything is for not.
