Sorry but this place is not nice. First of all it is way too hot there, I don't know if that's partly why the workers there treat customers so carelessly? The layout of products I personally don't like and the desks with the workers helping have not helped me but made me feel I was bothering them by asking if something is available since also products that online store says there is in stock were at least two times I went there not in the shelves so id have to queue and ask if it is in the storage and I don't want to be mistreated so I don't feel like going to ask.. I hope this could be fixed somehow
Store got a facelift and it's looking really good. Staff is also nice and professional.
Very unprofessional staffs with the current renovation together created a huge chaos. It is not first time, we took their queuing numbers and waited for their “professional services”. But there are none. The staffs did not even check who were queuing, just randomly picked up the customers near by. When we showed number to the stuffs and tried to correct their mistakes. They just said wait. It almost made me feel we were bothering them. It happened in our last two visits. The first time was in the electrical brush section. The 2nd time happened in their TV section. So we decided never come back to this store. That is it.
Good customer service
Waste of trip. Incredibly poor job by salesperson. Granted it was a tough item. A USB cable for a phone.
