Quite a bit disaappointed with the service. The sales people took no responsibility of the fitting during delivery. I was mislead while selecting the frame as well. The sales person was inexperienced and had no idea about the materials of the frames. She said the frame can be modulated to the best fitting. While the sales person during delivery said that frame material can not be modified and it was my mistake to choose that.

Nice customer service that meet my expectation

Visited the place to purchase glasses in July 2018. There were two women working in the customer service. We got no service but instead the other sales person went to service a customer that arrived after us (looking for sunglasses). This was already the second negative (first criticism was that there was no one to welcome us and request if we needed assistance). Thus I went to the other sales person and showed her what my doctor had prescribed me. She exclaimed ”you can get what we offer on the shelf”. This was the third negative issue with this establishment within a minute. As the customer service in our case was non-existent we decided to go to Specsavers next door and received professional service. The sales person (optics trainee) patiently went through all the choices that would fit my facial features. I ended up purchasing two pairs of glasses.

\ilmainen\ näöntarkastus olikin lopulta yli 100. Miten tälläinen kusetus voi olla laillista. Jos joku asia on ilmainen niin miten siitä silloin voi pyytää mitään. Valheellista markkinointia!
