I'm tired of going and picking my package and every time getting asked a deferent kind of identification. Some times you don't ask for anything, others you ask for a Kela card, and now a "document with a picture". When I have tried to take a package with my passport I have gotten told that they needed a Kela card, please specify what you need and don't make me waste my time thank you very much
