The sales team always treated us well with each new car we purchased in recent years. Friendly and competent sales team. In our experience, and in contrast to the good service by the sales team, the receptionists have been rude, unhelpful and disinterested on every single occasion we have had recourse to visit since purchase of our cars. The rudeness is enough to put us off returning to this centre. We do not criticise lightly but expect a more friendly reception upon arrival at the centre.

Very satisfied. Very friendly staff, made an appointment to see a car, when we came the car was reserved without obligation. Minis and BMW look all in very good condition, we could test the cars and all the service through the purchase has been spot on. Our German is not very good, but they spoke English as well. So far very satisfied.
