I used to buy milch tea here a lot. Normally the staffs were friendly but today was a horrible experience (17:15 Sunday 31. January 2021). I totally understand the difficulty of talking with a mask on. However the attitude of the person who took my order was rude. He yelled at my face all the time. His German skill was extremely bad and I can barely understand what he said. I tried to ask him in a nice way what he meant but he became irritated and was being rude. I don’t know if I want to buy drinks here again but that wasn’t nice at all

Nice place for getting bubble tea. Even on a Sunday, there was a lot of people coming to get bubble tea. I ordered from their bestsellers list and it was great!
