The store in Kettwig was formerly Kaisers. After a store refit and reopening as Edeka all seemed well for a few weeks, but already there seemed to be too many of the ‘people of ‘the old Kaisers store’ who appeared to have brought their old ways with them, offhand , rude and certainly not dedicated to customer satisfaction. The range seems the drastically reduced, and a particular feature in the later afternoon shelves and fixtures, remain under stocked giving a slovenly appearance not to mention customer dissatisfaction! There are times in the day when customer numbers are low and only one checkout is open. That is fine BUT when that single cashier asks for another cashier to come ( they usually ask too late, because of pressure!) SEND HELP IMMEDIATELY!!! Unless your staff can get these vital factors right you will go the same way as Kaisers!

Mittelgroßer Edeka, betrieben durch Edeka/Neukauf - kein Selbständiger Kaufmann. Ehemaliger Kaisers Store in Essen Kettwig. Lange Öffnungszeiten machen die fehlende Frischebereiche wett.
Sehr gute Fleischtheke mit großer Auswahl und freundlichem Service. Aber Achtung: Ab 20 Uhr kann die Laune sinken je nach Person
Gutes frisches Sushi, leider sehr klein und oft ein sehr voller Parkplatz. Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind aber sehr freundlich.
