This was not my first time visiting this branch. Today, we got yelled at and mistreated because we asked for a table that does not have cracks or defects. And apparently i am not the only one experiencing this. I have come across many other reviews here where people talked about similar issues with the tables. And the two blonde shift leaders /managers were extra rude and mean (someone mentioned in a previous review that the blonde lady at the Kasse is rude) . If this is how guys treat your non German customers, then shame on you. She even said get out or i will call the police and when i called the police she lied to them saying 'all our tables are like this' Are you serious!?

Good place to bowl and nice atmosphere.. Went of a weekday evening and not all lanes were full.. But in our lane the automatic mechanism to get bowling pins in place kept getting stuck and we had to stop every third bowl..
We went there to play pool but it was horrible: - the tables are in bad condition, - the cue sticks are short and totally worn, - the tables are so close to each other that you have to wait all the time for the players of the other tables to make their move before you can continue with your own game - the music is way too loud (sorry, this is no club!) We left after the first game and won't come back.
It's a great bowling alley. Everything worked and it generally has a good atmosphere. However, after nine in the evening, there are no snacks like nachos or chips or even crisps available. Only covered nuts and sweets from the retro machine. The restaurant only was able to offer drinks. There's a lot of drinks to choose from. Soft and alcoholic, wine, spirits and cocktails. It was a fun night.
Good food. Lots of lanes available. Other activities like Pool, darts and air hockey were available too.
A pretty good Bowling place. It's really packed on Saturday nights, so expect no lanes available to book. The Billiard place is so crowded.
l enjoyed the bowling but the service from the lady on the counter on the 1st of november at 17:00 ...l thought when someone books an alley ,one can extend the time they want to play but we were not given that choice ...we were given the 1st hour ..then when we wanted to extended we were given just 30minute then when we sent a German lady over to the counter they agreed to extend ...its so sad how different people l treated and how the cashier could have been so rude and disrespectful...l loved everything about the place really but service needs to improve
