I would have considered this a pretty decent place- if not for the complete befuddlement this establishment experiences from organizing special events. We bought several tickets over the net for the Festival Cubano for Friday, and thinking that physical tickets should be obtained additionally, I went to the club to have them issued. I was given 2 tickets thinking that my friends would obtain the rest, but since they were unavailable, I went back to take the additional tickets. It would appear that Friday tickets are not to be obtained, just Saturday and Sunday ones. I was seen as a scammer of some sort by the now different workers at the counter as if I swindled Saturday tickets, when it was honest mistake by the previous employee. I had to unceremoniously return the Saturday tickets all the while being practically interrogated, as if they are not the ones that made the mistake. I was told I can come over later and just to show the purchase confirmation. Ok, so for the pièce de résistance- we finally gathered and arrived, just to be told that the club is full. I thought the point of the ticket was to have a spot, but for some reason, this sufficiently applied for the tickets to be interrogated, but not to actually have a reserved spot :@ We had a drink outside, so as to not ruin the evening and left. We were told to come back the next day- but obviously Saturday is not a Friday event, and the Saturday events are at a completely different location, and you have to have- you guessed it, Saturday tickets. Which now we did not have. Oh the irony. By this point, neither of us was in a festive mood, and rather dissapointed by the experience. And other reviewers seem to have the same one star experience with special promotions, like Groupon. So maybe having a drink or two here is a good idea. Special promotions and events, however, avoid like the plague.

Essen und Getränke ganz okay. Einrichtung würde ich eher als Geschmackssache definieren. Preise sind Angemessen. Insgesamt absolut okay aber auch kein Highlight.

Nette Bedienung. Preise OK Musik je nach dem wer auflegt von toll bis relativ OK Gute Verkehrsanbindung sowohl ÖPNV als auch Auto. Es fehlt die gesunde Mischung zwischen Lateinameikanisch-Deutsch deswegen vermisse ich etwas Flair.
