Terrible. Booked 2x and website and app said they had inventory. One hour prior we get a call that says they have no cars and they were cancelling. Paid 70 to drive to another city to get a car. Advised them I may need to depart early dropped off car early and they said I could not get the refund for the unused 7 days. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

Best SIXT location I know. Plenty of cars available with knowledgeable and friendly staff going the extra mile for their customers. Last time they gave me a double upgrade, because I have rented several weekends in a row. Quick handling of car returns and long opening times. 5 stars well deserved
