Products are good, until you have a problem with them. Instead of replacing the broken product you'll get a voucher for 20% of the value. Support waits with responding if you are in your last guarantee month until you are just over it so they don't have to replace it. Scammy company, don't buy things here.

Save yourself a lot of gray hairs and just buy Sonos. I've had the misfortune of owning several speakers for 3 years now so I think I can qualify as a survival expert. The setup process is horrendous and can fail for hours at a time. When it fails, you get no info other than "Try again, or use a cable." When the whole thing is finally set up you better leave it alone because a duck's fart will reset the whole thing. Router reset? 50/50 you gotta do it all again. Signal strength's in the high 80's when the speakers finally decide to work so that's not it either. I had a whole new set delivered because the tech department couldn't figure it out. Same issues. I've replaced phones, tablets, routers, everything. Conclusion; Just a bad buy.

Wir haben einen Vorführtermin beim Teufel Store in Essen vereinbart, trotz der aktuellen Situation lief alles reibungslos. Von der kurzfristigen Online-Terminvergabe, über die Beratung, bis zum Kauf. Die Beratung bei Herrn Sascha S. war wirklich ideal, super nett und vor allem kompetent! Alle Geräte konnten probegehört und somit sehr gut verglichen werden. Ein wirklicher Vorteil gegenüber der reinen Online-Bestellung. Sogar ein Rundgang durch den Laden wurde gemacht, man hat sich einfach zu jeder Zeit willkommen gefühlt.
