My countertops looked great for 18 months . . . until the caulk they used to seal the backsplash to the kitchen wall completely split. Take a look at the attached photos showing how bad the countertops look as a result. What's worse is EOS wants to charge me 75 to repair it. If a quality caulk is used correctly, it should last 5 years, not less than 2. They're not taking ownership of their work and they don't care about customer satisfaction. To try to absolve themselves of blame, they even tried telling me they didn't install the caulk themselves to begin with. There's plenty of granite and tile companies out there, I'll be sure to ask them how long will their caulk last with my next remodeling job.

My kitchen and both bathrooms look absolutely stunning. The essence of stone guys were really efficient and clean. The designer who helped me made my kitchen my favorite part of the house now. It couldn't be more perfect.

The service and follow up are what makes this place noteworthy. My wife and I have been back and forth on several projects over the years and Lee - she is so great to work with. She has an eye for what works and will look good and knows how to organize a project. All this without the main line prices. We've done our kitchen, kids bathroom and master bathroom all with EOS and highly recommend.

EOS did an amazing job with installing my subway tile backsplash. Monica was wonderful to work with- patient, highly responsive, very accommodating. The installer was highly skilled and made sure everything was just perfect! My only regret is not using them for my countertops too, which ended up being a huge headache! I will absolutely use them again for future projects!
