Hands down the best towing experience I have ever had. My Tesla had a flat tire and needed to be towed. After the initial tow company called by a trooper damaged my vehicle while loading and insisted “Teslas aren’t designed for towing on a flatbed”, Done Rite came in and saved the day. My gem of a tow operator, John V, instantly made me feel at ease as he explained his training regarding cars like mine. He flawlessly loaded it and unloaded the vehicle at the Tesla service location. On top of his expertise, he was kind, professional and shared more of his knowledge during our ride. Hopefully I won’t need a tow any time soon but I now know who to call next time. Thanks John and thank you Done Rite for training your employees.

The driver was so helpful and accommodating and got me to my dealer with 10 minutes to spare on short notice. He was pleasant and understanding. It is hard to find people who love what they do. However, when you find service like this...it is obvious that he does. I will recommend their service. Thank you so much!
