Not so friendly! We were going to buy a car from this dealership, especially as the guy said what a friendly, family business they were. We put a deposit down on a car - part of the deal was to part exchange my fiat with them. 2 hours later we were incredibly unlucky and had quite a bad accident in my fiat. A car drove into us on a roundabout at speed, not our fault at all. We were really quite in shock, and very upset. I tried to call the dealership to let them know, sent them pictures and a whatsapp message that same day. He got back to me on the Monday saying fine, they would wait, but if we cancelled we would lose our deposit. Thought this was really greedy and unfeeling. If his attitude had been more pleasant, if hed asked how we were, were we injured or anything, we might have gone ahead with the deal. But instead it left a really sour taste. We have gone elsewhere to buy a car, left them with their deposit. We bought a higher value car as there was no need to exchange because my car was written off. Autos delta felt they were legally right - fine, but they lost out due to poor customer service.

No comprar aquí, compre un coche y a los 4 meses se le hizo una fisura al bloque motor. Tuve que cambiar el motor entero y no se hicieron cargo de nada, me costo el motor la mitad de lo que pague por el coche. Profesionalidad nula. Estafadores.
Gran atención, muy buena experiencia y gran vendedor
Si te lo puedes comprar en otro lado hazlo. Yo me compré uno y a los pocos meses se me fue la bomba inyectora. Eso sin contar que cuando le metieron la máquina tenía más km
Después de un año al haber comprado un coche aquí, lo llevamos al taller oficial de Renault y los mecánicos de echaban las manos a la cabeza de cómo estaba la bomba de agua y correa distribución. Presuntamente bastantes más km... Mejor no comprar aquí.
No paga al proveedor, cambiando la sociedad a otro nombre
