After being ripped off by Caixa, I was looking for a new online account (no income) and whilst the sign up was a little confusing and problematical due to words lost in translation I did manage it and to get an English speaker using the customer service phone line to check my card arrival. The advice was very good and the advisors English was extremely good. The debit card arrival was confusing and it is quicker to collect it from the branch which I have found never has the queues and chaos I had at Caixa. It’s best to visit the branch with all your ID as this then speeds up the process. The ATM complaint was valid but they have a new one recently. The assistant Manager Silvia gave me her direct email for queries as her English is very good and a couple of minor issues she resolved as quickly as she could replying same or next day. The corporate system not her, was not so speedy. Caixa take weeks or don’t respond to emails at all. Even the Spanish speakers made me feel welcome and well served, I expect to try out my limited Spanish when needed, if only as a courtesy and respect for their efforts. I do not know the branch history so can’t comment on the adverse reviews but banking and finance is not know for being user friendly, or ever admitting to being wrong. In Spain compensation seems to be just a word, it never happens, we are luckier in the U.K. My need for a free account to put money, pay bills and use a debit card, I would recommend this bank, but I deduct one star as more and better English content would be helpful on line. The App once you have an account is excellent in both Spanish and English.

El cajero no funciona, le pregunto al personal que esta trabajando y la solución que me dan es que me vaya a otro cajero, le pregunto que si me van a cobrar comisión y me responde: que no sabe, de una forma grosera y dandome la espalda. Mi opinión es que si no saben tratar y no estan capacitados para ayudar al cliente que busquen gente competente. No recomiendo esta sucursal

Antes era un BMN, ahora han cambiado, pero vamos, que siguen siendo un atajo de \manguis\, así que... ¡huye!
Igual deberían actualizar su cajero automático para que ciertas gestiones no requieran de hacer una larga cola.
Esta oficina deja mucho que desear no le funciona el cajero y encima nunca cogen el teléfono ,no la recomiendo
