Since the beginning of May have tried to get the attention of this bank, phone calls emails, only once in all this time have I spoken to a person and not a machine, problem still not solved. Tried again today still answer machines.!!!!!!

That’s the worst bank ever. I have a big problem and when I went to the bank they told me to call the customer services when I contacted the customer services they told me to go back to the bank. I DON’T RECOMMEND THAT BANK AT ALL.
Easy to open an account but getting any help in English after that is almost impossible. The U.K. call lines only have English messages but no English speakers, you get diverted to Spain and they won’t even try to understand you. If you call your branch in Spain it’s an answerphone in Spanish. Visiting my branch in Spain help is also near zero. I have learned basic Spanish but if people are intentionally unhelpful or put the phone down if you ask if they speak English and don’t let you try your Spanish if not it’s NOT SERVICE. For a country that needs tourists and charges for a bank account plus gives zero interest it’s a very arrogant attitude. Not a great advert from an alleged major banking institution some common courtesy for paying customers would be nice.

Lo digo y lo repeto,HORRIBLE EL TRATO A LOS CLIENTES. Les molesta que les preguntes, te atienden de forma desagradable y con arrogancia....ect He vuelto por pura obligación. De lo contrario nunca volveria pisar esta entidad.Es indignante que tengo que poner hasta una estrella.
Worst bank in the world? I have emailed and tried calling all the listed numbers of the bank for solid 2 weeks. I tried queuing at the bank but the amount of people there and no system to queue so people just push in and you cannot get in ( you need an appointment to see anyone) Honestly I am just trying to close the account so I can move to another bank as this is the worst I have ever experienced. ¿El peor banco del mundo? Envié un correo electrónico e intenté llamar a todos los números indicados del banco durante 2 semanas sólidas. Intenté hacer cola en el banco, pero la cantidad de personas que hay y no hay un sistema para hacer cola, por lo que la gente simplemente empuja y usted no puede ingresar (necesita una cita para ver a alguien) Honestamente, solo estoy tratando de cerrar la cuenta para poder mudarme a otro banco ya que este es el peor que he experimentado
Hace 20 años que soy cliente del Banco, jamás han tenido un detalle con el cliente, a no ser por conveniencia económica (como casi todos los bancos), ahora me cambian la \Gestora\ sin comunicación alguna, la nueva de vacaciones,,,,y uno desde Madrid sin poder hacer ninguna gestión, por estar cautivo de esa sucursal. Muy mala atención, Caixabank deberia tomar cartas en el asunto, llevo años reclamando problemas con esta oficina, que son generales para todos los clientes. Hoy por ejemplo llevamos 3 clientes esperando 25 min, teníamos cita y nadie nos atiende, y he sido testigo de cómo echaban a un cliente invidente por no ser su oficina esta y no querer ayudarle todos los días.....
