Unfortunately no one was able to help me open an account. I was there twice, the first time i was not treated like a valued future customer but rather like I was disturbing the worker. The second time I was ignored completely after standing in the bank for over 20 minutes waiting. I'm glad I was able to find another bank.

Solo puedo decir que tengo la cuenta bloqueada no puedo sacar mi dinero online lo ponen muy bonito pero después el trato telefónico es muy lamentable no recomiendo la cuenta y sigo intentando recuperar mi dinero. Todo está muy mal

atención al cliente pésima he tenido un problema con una tarjeta al intentar sacar dinero de otra entidad y no me han dispensado el efectivo y a pesar de las múltiples llamadas y reclamaciones después de mas de 20 días siguen sin devolverme el dinero.
