Excellent trainer; friendly and personalised attention. I trained for 8 weeks with David while I was on holidays and noticed a great improvement. Every day was different and David tailors workouts to your needs in a professional manner. I was surprised that he didn’t charge more per session! I don’t speak Spanish but it was no problem. Highly recommend even if you are just on holidays and want to spend an hour in the gym.
