. Good place for dropping off the result of your tidying out your wardrobe or other cupboards - they accept the same range of things as does a Charity Shop in the UK. They are hoping for donations of clean, saleable goods such as: clothing, handbags, accessories, shoes, bric-a brac including tools, books, children’s clothing and things like prams, cots, etc; medical equipment, sports equipment (such as golf clubs, etc.), small electricals such as kettles, toasters, etc. However, they are unable to accept large items of furniture and "white-goods" / large electricals (washers, etc) So with this wide range of items, they are exactly the place to go for a bargain! Cudeca is a Spanish-registered charity supporting a Hospice in Benalmádena. In an area with an international population, it employs both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking carers, offering all aspects of palliative care, given without cost to patients suffering from a non-curable illness. The number of patients who now receive care and family support through Cudeca, is approximately 600 each year. A very worthwhile cause to support through donating items, shopping in their shops, or even offering voluntary work. The Cudeca Hospice Charity shops are the most important source of funding. The organisation is always looking for extra helpers, including temporary staff who can help out in busy or holiday periods. .
