We used Karen & Roland who walked us step by step, through the process. We couldn’t find what we wanted straight away. Karen never gave up and property number 5 we put an offer in on. There was zero back and forth. After an agreement was reached, Karen hand held us right to the signing with notary. I was able to save 1% on the lawyer as they translated everything and explained everything, right up putting me in front of notary that spoke perfect English. This is not a right but a privilege offered by such a professional organization, such as GARU. They clearly cater to international clients. I was wondering whether we could adopt Karen as our big sister. She is incredible in w wry way and professional to the last detail. Our next property, in the not so distant furrier will be through them, for sure.

very bad experience with tha realtor
Very good and reliable Spanisch real estate agency. I'm from the Netherlands and know them now for 3 years (they are here already more then 20 years) because my father bought an apartment 3 years ago. Last year I start buying apartments to make a holiday rental business and I moved to Spain. I have now bought already 4 apartments with them! Because they are Spanish and already here a long time they know the market very well but also the people needed at the bank, notery etc. This I think is really a huge advantage because it gives a good and harmonious feeling. Besides that everything can be arranged very quickly. I really would recommend them when you are planning to buy a house on the Costa del Sol.

Ni se molesten en llamar a esta inmobiliaria si su trabajo no es de profesor, puesto que esta mañana me han dejado en la calle con el dinero y papeleo listo. Para mi sorpresa la señora Adelaida me dice que el piso se lo ha alquilado a un profesor, habiendolo visitado y confirmado que me lo iba a quedar yo antes. Por el simple hecho de que el es funcionario y yo no. Le doy una estrella porque no puedo darle menos.
