I went on Thursday 28th August, 3 times as the girl behind the desk asked for my clients EHIC card even though the client is already registered there.So went to my terminally ill client and obtained the EHIC card, then walked back to La Lobilla and the same lady at the counter then asked for the clients Padron document.All was completely unnecessary if she'd just looked on the computer which she did not.In fact she was very happy with herself,appalling service and completely disinterested.Why would someone join a service that cares for people and have no interest in helping people. I am very surprised when I read the most comments here are negative about this place. My experience was great, was very polite. In the start was hard because I am very bad jn Spanish but I was asked to wait and in a minute lady showed up which spoke perfect english. I got help which I needed.
Un mes de espera solo para conseguir una consulta telefónica. Las plazas de los médicos que se van de vacaciones no son cubiertas. Los trabajadores del mostrador también suelen ser muy desagradables dependiendo de quien te toque y el humor que tengan ese día. En solo 6 meses que tiene mi hija ya le cambiaron de pediatra 5 veces, así es imposible que alguno consiga hacerle un seguimiento como es debido. Durante el embarazo me perdieron el volante de una cita importante para el hospital y un largo etcétera de deficiencias que día a día se ven en este centro.
Si atendieseis las llamadas estaría bien. 10 llamadas sin respuesta un Lunes por la mañana. A qué jugáis?
Más de 15 llamadas hoy, y nadie coje el teléfono. Si no quieren q asistamos presencialmente, q hacemos? Lamentable, entiendo la situación pero Estepona no es Madrid ni una ciudad grande, pero pagamos los impuestos igual.
Llamo no me cogen la llamaba, cuando consigo coger cita no me llaman y me dicen que está el médico de vacaciones esto es una vergüenza, hagan el favor de meter a trabajar más gente y que atiendan a las llamadas ya que luego te presentas allí y encima te ponen mala cara
