My Fiancé and I went for an early pregnancy check to get a confirmation, we went to the website and booked an appointment which was confirmed. On arrival, even with an appointment you have to wait in line at the reception at which point I need to ask why we bothered booking one in the first place. Finally at the reception the receptionist had trouble with out insurance and when time got short we asked twice if we can just pay this visit to claim it back from our insurance. After already being several minutes late for our appointment and our receptionist accepting any interruption from random people coming up to the desk instead of dealing with us who waited for quite a while we finally managed to come to an agreement and went to our designated room. Our appointment was scheduled for 12:40, we arrived at the hospital at 12:25, we made it to the consulting room at 12:47 where another person was still waiting in front of us. We could finally see the doctor at 13:22, over 40 minutes after our booked appointment. The visit with the doctor was really nice though, got all confirmed, he even allowed me to be there with proper care and all went well all in all. After we managed to pay at the reception we left the hospital at 14:00. We are thankful for the check-up and help but we will definitely not return to this hospital, over 1.5h of waiting for a booked appointment...

Been there twice the last 4 weeks and received excellent service. The staff in the reception are all very friendly and service minded.
Hard to get through on the phone, technical infrastructure inefficient, e.g. hotline not being able to access emails, so they definitely need more staff and a better IT. However, staff in the hospital is friendly and after raising a complaint my issue was dealt with immediately, so they seem to make an effort. Appreciated.
Horrible experience with doctora ginecóloga Hind Skouri-Bnihech. The doctora was shouting on my wife and kick out from the reception only because my wife did analysis in other clinic. I don’t know how this kind of people can work in the Hospital? Unprofessional, rude and stupid.
They don’t even answer the phone when you press 1 for emergency. Can you imagine bleeding to death having to listen to Enja waiting for someone to answer the emergency phone??? What a wreck!?!?
