On 7th of September I went to Urologist for the public research of the Ayuntamiento on Prostate Cancer. The Urologist did give a list for necessary blood test. Because I am Privado I asked the receptionist for the price of the blood tests, it was 654. crazy. I felt scammed because I was privado. I went to Laboratorio Ayala and the cost was 195. Be aware of this.

The service was quick enough, but to be charged 100 for a nurse to change a small bandage and another 100 for two minutes with a doctor—-plus 40 for a new bandage—-WAS EXCESSIVE TO SAY THE LEAST—-!!!

I cant thank the staff and Dra Plaza and Dr Sala enough. They have been fantastic and have helped me recover - hospital stays are not enjoyable especially as you get better but the efficiency and warmth of the doctors is a tremendous help.

On Wednesday I had injections done on my knee by Dr Rodrigues I was told to come back if it didn’t work (well it didn’t) , when my husband rang today to make an appointment the receptionist was unhelpful unprofessional all she wanted to know is how are we going to pay and that I have to see different doctor WHY??? I should be able to see the doctor who gave me the injection. I find this whole experience in the hospiten very disappointing and distressing and I wished I never went there

Terrible hospital. Completely unreliable. Doctor did not show up for appointment, sp we drove for half an hour for nothing. Another doctor could have seen us to cover for the mistake, but he couldn't be bothered. Kept us waiting for 2 hours and then said we may have to wait until the end of the day. Eventually we gave up and went home in pain and without medical help. Hospital couldn't care less. Totally incompetent, arrogant and with zero sense of customer care or standards. This place is like a timewarp back to Spain in the bad old days. There is no point in paying for private healthcare if you are going to spend hours waiting around in third rate dump like this place.
