. The name might not be very helpful - it's nothing to do with getting in a coach and being whisked off somewhere for a holiday. "If it's Wednesday it must be Austria" - that kind of thing! It is in fact an express delivery service, when something is very important, very urgent, very valuable, or all three. It has the advantage of enabling you to track your parcel on line to see exactly where it is at any one given moment. .

Same as for everyone , they say they tried to deliver and couldn't , while I was at home. No phone , no intercom. I don't think they even bother to come nearby.

Horrible service. No call for delivery, no message, no email reply, no phone reply. They say they are open on Saturday but of course not. They probably went to the beach.

Es una empresa que no recomendaría ni a mí peor enemigo. Informales e irrespetuosos. No solo no entregan en el plazo que ellos mismo te indican sino que además cuando les pides explicaciones te plantan cara y te faltan al respeto. Lo único que hacen bien es manchar el buen nombre de algunas empresas. Ojalá nadie vuelva a trabajar con ellos.

NO entregan el paquete en su día, NO te llaman para decir que están en la puerta de tu casa, te tienen esperando desde las 8 de la mañana hasta las 8 de la tarde, NO te cogen el teléfono. AMAZON confía en estas empresas para que te llege el paquete a tiempo, eso sí la cuota tela suben, y las reclamaciones al cubo de basura.

son unos informales y mentirosos a la hora de entregar un paquete no cumplen y encima dicen que han estado dos veces y que estabamos ausentes cuando estamos en casa esperando el paguete porque lo necesitabamos por necesidad ,las personas que alaban el trabajo de esta empresa seguro son familiares o amigos de los trabajadores para conservar su trabajoe
