Drove from Calgary to Esterhazy to pick up my new truck and was not disappointed at all! Mike and Tara were very welcoming and nice. They took great care of me and my family. Mike and Tara gave us amazing customer service and made sure we were always happy while we waited. They made sure the trucks were as clean as possible for us. If anyone is looking to buy a new car I definitely recommend going with Esterhazy Ford as they have an amazing team and really make you feel welcome! Thanks for the great experience.

Very unhappy. Traveled from out of province on a friend's recommendation. They were very pushy about getting the financial portion in dealt with so they could start taking my payments, arranged for payments to be removed before the vehicle was even in my possession. Then when I picked up the vehicle there was damage to the windshield. Dealership told me they would pay to repair it, now that the windshield needs to be totally replaced it is like pulling teeth and my attempts at contact are being avoided (though not completely ignored).Tires are also on their last legs and will need to be replaced within the season. This entire experience has been very stressful and overall I would not recommend this dealership. My sales guy was nice though, and I do like the vehicle.

Got a truck from there transmission gone, turbos are gone, oil leak, ac doesnt work, etc and would not do anything about ir.
