I emailed and requested an appointment. Rosemary responded and replied that I should call to set an appointment. even though the website reads email for appointment. So I called to set an appointment and nobody answered so I left a message. Nobody returned my call. A week later I emailed again to explain what happened. I never received a response. Very poor customer service. I left 1 star but it should be a negative rating.

This facility is wonderful. The staff is frendly and the environment is warm and inviting. I felt instantly comfortable and look forward to continuing here. My only complaint would be the tight parking area.

I did work for Matthew Glass on 6/10/19 at a Medicare facility. Matthew Glass has never paid me, which is actually Medicare fraud. He kept money from Medicare that he didn’t earn. Not a good character trait in a therapist!
