Went to my first ice-hockey game, thoroughly enjoyed the game and the atmosphere. Staff excellent, big shout out to Isaac who helped me book tickets and gave information about parking and the sports bar - and came to introduce himself during the game. Class act.
Great game of hockey but terrible customer service from the security staff who decide it is better to bellitle and humiliate first time visitors vs welcoming them and explaining unknown security policies. Unlikely to be back. Just a heads up for anybody who might be considering going to a game leave you bags at home.
