I stayed for a few nights while completing a Wilderness First Responder certification course in Estes Park. The hostel is very convenient, with automated check-in procedures. It is a clean, cozy, and relaxed environment. Other guests were respectful and friendly. You are able to choose the exact bed you will reserve in the bunk rooms. Their website is not kidding about the lack of head room on the upper bunks, which you are warned about before you book one. Even the upper bunks with limited head space are totally fine for a mobile 5'3" female like me, although if you are a large guy or have back problems that limit your movement, you might not be as comfortable on an upper bunk, so look for a single bed or lower bunk if available. I will totally stay here again in the future!

Great hostel. Very clean and well kept. Beds are comfortable, showers and bathrooms are nice, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The location is also awesome. I will definitely stay here any time I'm in Estes.
Great hostel with full kitchen and several rooms that don't only have bunkers! Almost every bed has their own plugs, which is great, and no need for a key since there is a code to open the door! People leave early for hikes, so definitely bring ear plugs if you want uninterrupted sleep. Great location to walk into town, and there is a fantastic little bar and food truck next door to try a fantastic variety of beers and sometimes live music. And there is parking. Josh is the nice manager.
I really enjoyed staying here. Everyone was incredibly respectful over everyone space. Everyone was supper friendly. The space was clean and organized. I had a great time and will be back again.
Clean and neat beds, fully equipped kitchen, and even a small library of guidebooks..etc. My stay there reminded me why I should always stay at hostels over hotels. Climber, mountaineer, skier, hiker, all the above, none of the above--it doesn't matter, you will make friends and you will laugh till beer comes out of your nose. I would totally recommend (the hostel part, the beer part was rather painful actually).
If you are planning a lot of hiking in the area, this is the perfect place to stay for a clean bed, hot shower, access to kitchen (save on eating out), and helpful feedback and advice from Josh that runs the place, as well as fellow hikers. Excellent location, town is within walking distance. Tremendously enjoyed, would definitely stay again for the price!
Place was great accommodations were just what I needed. The only thing I would say are that the doors are pretty creaky so even when your trying to be quiet they make a lot of noise.
Always enjoy my stay at the Hostel! I have been staying here off and on for many years. The adventures offered in and around "Rocky Mountain National Park" are superb! The people I meet at the hostel are always quite interesting. I will stay here on my next visit as well!!!
