I love this office. Would give 100 stars if I could. Everyone in there is so nice and makes you feel at home. I drive 30 mins to the office and it is definitely worth it!

I am so thankful for Dr. Walter and his team! Dr. Walter was so helpful through out my whole pregnancy and helped me tremendously this past week. He went above and beyond and called me himself when id have a question and got me in for last minute appointments. He also made sure I had an absolute pain free delivery and stayed in contact with the hospital team through out the whole process as well as visited us in post partum the next morning. Britt and Karline were absolutely amazing for the whole delivery of our daughter. They remained calm the whole time and were very motivating through out the whole delivery process. I honestly could not of done it with out them! Thank you so much estrella womens! We could not be more happier

I never expected to have experince such unprofessionalism from a Dr office. I will say that my provider, NP Britt, was very nice and I did like her. But I had to have blood draws by their sonora quest people in office, and each time I have had such a poor experience. I don't mind a wait when they are busy, I get it, but I asked what took so long this time (cause there was nobody else around) and their excuse was the MA was on break and no one told them I was waiting- office staff should have been on top of this, but instead were engrossed in personal conversations and personal phone calls instead of being conerned about their client. This particular time no one bothered to verify my name and dob for the blood draw, lab tech avoided eye contact, and they do not use hygenic practices- EACH time gloves were placed before gathering supplies (without washing or sanitizing 1st), etc, so those clean gloves were contaminated by the time she got near me. Using clean/sanitary standards is incredibly important, especially now. When I wanted to \file a complaint\ about my poor experience front desk staff were less than helpful and defensive, and I witnessed more unprofessional behavior at that point. Just totally unprofessional. I've been to ALOT of doctor's offices and I have never felt this way anywhere else I've been- So something is not right. I plan to find somewhere where I feel safe and welcomed.
