The Palace is really a beautiful place well worth a visit. The gardens are in need of a little TLC at the moment. Perhaps it's due to the time of year.

It’s a pity that instead of being a public cultural space, it is a luxury hotel instead. However, at least one room and the beautiful garden is open to the public. It could be a one if its kind rococo museum... NOT ACCESSIBLE WITH WHEELCHAIR AND BABY PRAM. (that’s why i give only 3 stars instead of 4)

I loved walking around these gardens when I was in Algarve Portugal. One of the highlights of my trip. There was so much to see, I was there for probably over an hour. The colours and shapes of the architecture were amazing. I told some locals about it and they had never been there, which I couldn't believe. A must see if your in the area!

Nice garden for a hotel but nothing to go out of your way for during sightseeing. It's pretty much only trees and bushes wit a fountain in the center. However, the view is pretty nice.

The palace garden (entrance just through the hotel lobby) is always worth a stopover. Here you can stay for 1-2 hours and enjoy the beautiful park. Once you are in Estoi you should not miss the Roman ruins of Milreu.

Beautiful garden in the back of the castle where you can walk around.

The building and interiors are absolutely stunning but the park itself is a bit small. Still a nice walk with benches to sit on, tangerine trees and fountains to look at.

Gardens are quite nice but need a lot more care and attention to make it interesting and authentic. We were disappointed and think that it needs investment. Worth a visit if you are holidaying nearby but don't make a long trip to get there.
