My complaint with this location is the neurologist Dr. Hubbard handles care of brain injury patients as a cookie cutter method. The other people in office are pleasant. But don't ever disagree with Heather, the Nurse Practitioner. She will loose her professional cool and cheerful countenance. She becomes dismissive and unpleasant. She misunderstood what was needed of her and failed to listen. She couldn't find a way to except she was wrong and responded with an unprofessional tantrum.

Be aware that if it's your first visit, be prepared to wait for a very long time. This morning we were told to be there at 9:15 A for a 9:30 A appointment to allow time to fill out a multiple page questionnaire . We arrived at 9:15 filled out the forms and waited and waited. At 10 A they took in a another patient ahead of us so when we inquired about why the wait is so long we were told that we were down for a 10 A appointment, they were running behind and they actually allow 30 minutes for the paperwork to be filled out regardless of how long you actually take! The confirmation call two days ago reminded us of a 9:30 A. At 10:07 we walked out.

Fantastic place for getting your nuropothy issues taken care of. They are a Christian based facility that offers the best loving care anyone can ask for. I strongly recommend this organization! !
