Ordered a truck, got there and it was gone. Their online time said open til 5, they were closed at 3 when arrived. The guy on the phone said they were closed. Ended up having to call uhaul 800 min to cancel the reservation.

Called at 9:00 , they said to meet them there at 10:00 am to pick up uhaul.. never showed up and 10:40 was still waiting.. Very rude on the phone and unprofessional..I would never Recommend going through them... This is no way to run a business...
