5 stars. We are beer snobs, and this was some of the best beer we could have asked for. The owners were excited and helpful. It's an excellent deviation from your standard brewery.

Every business is trying to find ways to thrive during COVID19 while maintaining the safety of staff and consumers. We spent some time recently at Sideways Farm and Brewery; they have set up socially distant tents outside to minimize contact between people. You can walk through a vast farm, see and pick flowers if you wish while sipping on a glass of craft brew. The Diggity Donuts food truck on the premises also has some delicious sliders - highly recommended!

Amazing spot for a post-ride beer. Brews are unique and the owners are great. Definitely worth checking out!

Absolutely love this place. Very unique, creative and flavorful beers, many of which defy a particular style. It's fair to say that terroir plays a role here with the adjacent farm and focus on local yeasts and grains; each beer has a subtle earthiness that is pleasant and unmistakable. The owners could not be friendlier or more accommodating. It's a little out of the way, but worth the short trip from Asheville or other locales to experience more nuanced, small-batch beer compared to the over-the-top flavor-bomb IPAs that are now in vogue.
