First of all the truck leaked and soaked everything!!! Our boxes were soaked and fell apart!! My glassware fell out on the floor and broke!! When I mentioned this to the lady at the office, I was informed that uhaul trucks are water resistant not water proof...! Secondly, we moved 7.2 miles from one house to the other. We made 2 trips and were charged for 69 miles!!! The max amount we should have paid was 32 miles. This is a complete rip off!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!

My U-Haul truck was very dirty and had paint all over it they should’ve never rented this U-Haul to anyone they should’ve turned it back into the company
The woman here was very rude. I'd go else where if possible.
