Small bodybuilding gym with friendly people, monthly subscription with no sign up costs and cancellable anytime are available. Grunting and heavy weights are welcome.
For a very reasonable price I was able to use this facility while in Brussels to visit family. It has everything an experienced lifter needs by making the most out of the space it has, such as with a variety of machines and an entire weight range of dumbbells. People of all levels go there, from beginner to even pro, and everyone is friendly. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to train seriously, and I look forward to using it again on future trips to the city.
Great gym. A must for everyone who needs good training...very competent people to give feedback.
Though it is expensive over Basic gym I chose this initially for its location and flexible gym hours. But if you enroll for 3 months it will turn out a decent price for good quality . Why i gave 4 star is not for above reasons but what the gym offers for any fitness level-be it beginner /intermediate/professional. Iam a lazyass trying to burn some extra calories while my co-gymers are mostly professional athletics.Well they did inspire passively (apart from my spouse) and helped me to stick to my regime with some subtle free advice. The managers are cheerfull and does ensure everyone follow gym etiquette. Well maintained, always clean and neat.(incl.washrooms/shower rooms).

Très bonne salle de fitness, avec des professionnels qui connaissent leur job et qui font quelques fois redescendre sur terre certains qui pensaient avoir une certaine force, alors qu'au final ils avaient mal fait leurs exo. Bonne ambiance et on peut travailler en paix même pour les filles! Bref si vous voulez des résultats n'hésitez plus.
Es bastante chico. Se ubica en el sótano de un club de deportes. Poco agradable porque poco espacio entre las máquinas. Aunque bastante limpio y si hay casi todas las máquinas
