Wonderful hotel dating back to 1788 with lots of character and a Michelin star restaurant. Great gym and a nice pool. The breakfast is also something special.

Beautiful hotel , beautiful restaurant very good cakes.
Had the Zwiebelrostbraten with Spätzle and Maultauschen. Best I've had in Germany. A bit pricey but worth the 30. Also had the beef consummé with Backerbsen. Was also tasty. Staff doesn't really speak English but some. Cigar lounge was awesome afterward. Lounge had TV with soccer being shown
Have tried this Erbprinz-Burger ( 180g beef, cheese, bbq sauce, horseradish, etc ) at the Ettlinger Marktplatzfest. Beef wasn't fresh ( pre-cooked and too much of that even ). For a price of 12.50 EUR quite outrageous hence just 1 star.
Simple well executed dishes but highly sophisticated wines. My German pinot noir came at a very fair price and beats French Burgundies that are 3 times more expensive. Efficient and friendly service. Very convenient parking.
Stayed here a number of times. The rooms are always comfortable and clean. The restaurant and breakfast are always good. Great location to walk around from or catch the train.
Nice historic hotel in the center of town. Unique rooms with good space and bathrooms. Great bar and restaurant (really great). Has a spa but I have never visited.
The location of the hotel is perfect, especially if you don't have a car. We have a double comfort room and it is very comfortable. I wish the AC was stronger but that's only because we came on the rare occasion when it was very hot outside. The front desk had a fan on hand and I am very grateful. Service is impeccable. Everyone is very friendly and tries their hardest to meet our needs. The buffet breakfast is quiet remarkable. There are many delicious selections. This is the best hotel breakfast I've ever had and it's complementary!
