Looks better then 2 years ago. Bad on bathrooms an any other amenities. Does not make people clean their lots. Trashy in some places.

Lake shores is a joke can't even drink the water we pay for.The place that let's anybody live here child molesters, drug pushers,robbers and maybe murderers.we pay dues for our keep up for a bathrooms and not but one is .Can't be safe and sleep at night cuz Jay police won't even come out if they r called.this place needs to b condemned why wud people come here for vacation??? I SAY SHUTTER DOWN
