Yesterday my brother who is intellectually and mentally disabled can in the store without a mask on. He will not wear it and does not Understand the meaning of this whole covid thing. The manager said he needs a mask on and I told her he has a disability and he has the right not to wear one. She became very disrespectful and told me she had a problem with him not wear one. Employees at this company need to know the facts concerning people with disabilities that will not wear one because of medical issue. She was definitely out of line with her comments as a manager and set a poor example for the othere employees she manages. I would be totally wrong if I said I had a problem with her being a gay women. Citi Trend please train you staff on issues other than what society says is normal. Definitely won't be back and I was a regular client. Although she seems to always have some type of attitude when ever I approach the register. This was the last draw for me.

I love shopping here because they have great deals. Today I was able to shop for 4 people and spent less than 100! Plus, I was fortunate enough to find sports memorabilia! What? I bought a LeBron James and Stephen Curry plaque for under 15! Where they do that at? Citi Trends.

I purchased 6 items asked cashier for 3 extra bags because I was giving items as gifts, her response was no because we pay for those..... hell I paid for the merchandise and help pay her wages, because without customers she wouldn't have a job!
