Sent in oil sample 3 weeks ago. Heard nothing back. Tried to call numerous times. When and if you do get a person on the phone they send you to a voice-mail. A testament to the times. Customer service does not exist anymore. I will spend more money and go back to where I get results. Thanks for wasting my time.
