I’ve been trying for over a month to try and get an appointment. It took 2 weeks to even get a text from someone about scheduling. However, all they did was ask that I call to schedule. Every single time I call I can’t get through. If I was really struggling and really need help, Eugene Therapy would’ve failed me and I probably wouldn’t be here to write a review. Very disappointed in the lack of concern of potential patients. I have sought help else where.

I was dealing with a very delicate and high conflict situation with my children and ex husband. Eugene Therapy practice standards are UNETHICAL. I am looking into having them investigated. I reviewed my situation with the manager and the specific counselor, Abbey before preceding and they confidently took us on as clients and made a very bad situation worse! Eugene therapy reminds me of a factory assembly line, They are concerned for themselves and their business over the best interest of the client. I'm sure they are adequate for basic concerns but if you have real problems and are looking for support from professionals to get through them, LOOK ELSEWHERE!
