Two and a half hours late to the shop, the guy gets here walking all casual and slow, like he didn't just get to work super late or anything. This shop sets a bad precedent for the U-HAUL brand. P.s. this place is apparently, primarily, a towing company. No wonder they don't care about your experience at all.

Just talked to a very nice lady named Angela, and she was very helpful. She was very courteous and answered all my questions regarding drop-off times and dates.
They dont have a sign. Be prepared to drive up and down this road looking for a hole in the wall. I called 3 different times before anyone could explain that I wasnt looking for a uhaul sign
Very friendly and great customer service
Horrible. I call and they answer saying nothing else but hold. After they finally answer, she tells me for the uhaul side I'd have to call the 1800 number bc she's busy. I started to say I just need to inquire about a part before I drive there and she hung up on me. Didn't even bother to give me her name at any point. Just rude!
