Excellent place to stay great pricing. I highly recommend staying here. Misty the manager is a fantastic human being amongst other things she helped us secure a place to stay during the power repair of hurricane Laura. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Everything was fresh and clean. My overall stay was fantastic. I will be returning.
Bathroom and beds were clean. The stairway looked like it had not been cleaned or vacuumed in a while. In the room dust everywhere. Dirty carpet and no TV or front desk service from room phone. Had to call from my cell. Telephone in room was nasty. I will not stay there again, especially for the price of 106/night!
This place has horrible customer service! Hurricane Laura had just affected my area of living, so I decided to stay at this inn for two days. The desk clerk will not help you when you’re struggling with directions, the inn barely wanted to give any towels, and they will cut your WiFi off 4 hours before checking out of the hotel! (Especially when my stay was paid for in advance) I am a graduate student at NSU and I just found it ridiculous how I couldn’t get some last minute assignments done do to their inconvenience. Please do better Days Inn.
It is nice. The hotel is small, only two floors, so no elevator. The front desk person was very nice. It's in a good location and you have restaurants and dolar stores as well as a Walmart down the street. My room didn't have the hair dryer (not that I needed it, but some might) and they were missing soap in the room when I got there, but was able to get it quickly. Overall, very nice.
Urine smell on the carpet. Top of toilet seat raise stain urine on toilet, hair in tub under soap bar and dirty face towels I have stayed at this location for many years. This is not the first time I stayed and had problems. I mentioned it and it was taken care after observation of my complaint. Robin would make sure my room was clean to perfection. She left the company and during her absent it was clear she was no longer there by the up keep if the rooms. I have made several complaints about poor condition of the AC’s some of them work and others don’t blow cool air. The customer service from the Property Manager is Great, however I’m a reward member and that means my stay there is often. The carpets need cleaning we are dealing with a pandemic and it’s scary enough to stay in any hotel, however expectations of a clean room and clean sheets with a smell is a plus to include removing of the old smell. My room was accommodated however my points were still taken. I expressed my concerns to the Property Manager and she did offer to come clean after my compliant. I refused due to it should have been cleaned before my arrival, or inspected and not assume it was clean. I ‘m certain Robin is not there and it shows. My plan trip will be scheduled soon and I hope my service is better next time. I’m not sure why the back door is not locked after a certain hour, however for residential safety it need to be. I’m there due to family visits and my stay away from home need to feel like I’m home. Disinfectant spray is needed for safety. I am not requiring any one to get in trouble I am asking for rooms to be monitored and clean. This was the worse ever in my 5 years. Housekeeping is deplorable. Sheets need to smell washed and these rooms need to be dusted.
