I called to make a payment today and the phones kept acting up. Tennille Brown actually called me back a few times until we were able to hear each other. She was persistent and so compassionate. Tennille, thank you for being essential for these times of uncertainty.

We called a week before and was waiting on another agent to send our verification, literally leaving messages and kept getting pawned off to different agents. Until we got the Eunice office and got Tenille!!! She was so busy and our issue should have been handled by multiple other reps and she was the one to rectify it. Quickly might I add!! And I was borderline belligerent at first cause I had already paid and she still was so nice to me!! I had to apologize for being a “crazy lady”! She truly does deserve much recognition because I always viewed this company as not that professional but Tenille Brown truly changed our perception with her knowledge of product, quick thinking and empathetic attitude. AND she actually sent the documents!!! Thanks a bunch Ms Tenille and again you saved your company a few customers today!!!
