Never again! We decided to cancel due to the pandemic. Guess what?! Greece is closed! That’s where our trip was. We asked to be rescheduled, or to hold our deposit for something else , we were denied!... twice! Our credit card tried to dispute it to no avail. They stole 3K for not doing anything. Literally nothing. Thieves! You should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of people during the pandemic. I hope karma gets you and you lose more than what you stole from us

Would NEVER use this company again. Talk about the most heartless scam artists out there. We booked a vacation long before COVID and cancelled in February (months before our trip to Greece). They gave us a third of our money back although NOTHING was booked on their side yet (so they just pocketed our money). Not only was the US/Greece both shutdown and no flights going due to COVID, the borders in Greece are still closed and so it's absolutely absurd paying thousands for no trip. They wouldn't even give us credit for another trip. Total scam artists abusing their terms in an \act of god\ situation. Just pocketing our money and I'm sure hundreds of others. Whatever you do, stay away from these people at all costs. Criminals.

Europe Express is a great company allowing TA's (travel agents) the opportunity to create all inclusive travel packages for clients. All inclusive, in this instance refers to the agents ability to book airfare, hotel/resort accommodations, transfers, ferries, trains and excursions through one booking engine for single and multiple destinations throughout Europe.

READ IF YOU ARE A TRAVEL AGENT These people are scammers. Please if you’re a travel agent do not use them! They refuse to refund when a situation like covid arises. They are crooks! Imagine how many people couldn’t go on their trip and they decided to keep their hard earned money?. It isn’t right!

They were inexpensive but cancelled on me, not once but twice due to the pandemic. They cancelled my first trip and told me to reschedule. After I rescheduled and gave them the new dates they said they still weren’t booking travel during that time. They never informed me or my travel agent they extended their travel ban and they admitted they never informed us. I spent hours rebooking the flights. Now they want to charge me a cancellation fee of 150 per person, 300 total, for their own cancellations and ineptness. Now I’m stuck using them because they refuse to give me a full refund. I would have given them a “0” but it isn’t an option.
