They couldn't even sort out scheduling arrangements,. I made a mid afternoon appointment then I was told they need to reschedule me an hour later and after that I was texted again that they were fully booked for the rest of the day. I'm fairly patient so I agreed to reschedule next day for an 11am, come 11:45am no follow up call, so I called them to check the status of my vehicle pick up, the lady replied \ I ran out of gas\. And please train your receptionist how to answer a business call with other than\Hello?

European Car Repair is top notch. I took my BMW 6 series to dealer they wanted to charge me way too much. Stopped in at European Car Repair they were able to diagnose the issue and fix within 1 day. I was also given a loaner vehicle to drive while they fixed my car. The Technicians here are highly skilled , owner, Jaclyn, is very knowledgeable as well.Great experience. If you have a German car take it to European Car Repair..
