Total lack of trasparency in the recruitment process. You can have all the requirements, yet they don't invite you for an interview. Anyway, what can you expect by a bank that recruit people from private schools , without a competition (concours)? They use public money for hiring whoever they want. Instead,they should use EPSO or similar in order to give an impression of meritocracy and trasparency. The biggest problem is probably the lack of internal references which is asked in the application form. I won't waste my time applying again for such a totaly opaque organization!
