Totally inefficient and bureaucratic. Tons of heavy guidelines, procedures and policies but not much implementation. Machiaveli-style management, staff is not involved or valued. Career development almost non-existent, they want the brightest and beat brains but do not use their skills properly or develop them further. Open positions are often not publicly announced or the positions are already earmarked internally.I am happy to have left this toxic place!!
