I do not wish to trash you or to divulge our 'conversation' about your attempt at servicing my vehicle except to say, I realize when you look at my truck, you see, as you stated, \a hunk of junk\. But to me it is priceless because it is my transportation to work so that I can support my family. In a perfect world, everyone could afford a new vehicle, and if we could, your services would no longer be necessary. With that said, I forgive you. I forgive you for how you treated and belittled me. I forgive you for the entire incident. I apologize for calling you a swindler and for allowing my frustrations, anger and desperation at being stranded along the side of the highway to subsume me after I picked up my truck from your shop. I lay it at the Lord's feet.

Time . My truck was swerving due to a damaged rack-n-pinion, and the timing belt was out of time. I took my vehicle for repair, and required a rental vehicle in the meantime. I expected 5 days, and got it back in 2. Saved 3 days of car rental. My vehicle is running great. I'm a satisfied customer.
Great group of guys that are very smart. They helped me with my vehicle last week when i was in town to see family and didn't even charge me a dime. Highly recommended!!!
