I have been banking with Additions for a little over a year. For the past year I had asked each representative how I could accomplish a transfer to and from external accounts. I was told over and over I couldn't but today I spoke to Jenni and she was patient and stayed on the line with me until I was able to get it done. Thank you Jenni for your kindness and patience. It was so appreciated. You are very knowledgeable and made my transaction easy :)

After having issue with UPS loosing an official check I was at a loss as to what to do. I contacted my local branch and was happy to get in touch with Kathie Bishop. Kathie is an amazing example of a professional in her position. She was very helpfully with listing to me and helped me with finding a solution to my problem. She went above and beyond to help me. She went out of her way to communicate with not only me but the vendor/person who was receiving the check. She kept me up to day on the process up to the money being redeposited back into my account. She also had a new check waiting for me in drive through. Hoping I wasn't asking for too much I also asked her for help in getting some old monthly statements from an closed account. She was willing to take the time to print them out and have ready for me when I picked up the check. Thank you Kathie for all your help. It's employees like you that make want to keep using AF.
