H & H Transport says.... Dispatch is non-existent after hours,they don't care if your pickup location or drop off location is a cow path, a farm, or in the middle of nowhere.... shipping and receiving locations are not researched. Office support is at best... non-existent for drivers and owner-operators,you are paid...... eventually. This operating authority should be audited,and their DOT, MC revoked.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with in my entire career. Kenny is the rudest, most unprofessional person in this industry. I will never recommend this trucking company to another customer.
